PAYMENT METHODS- We currently accept orders through PayPal, the industry leader in secure online transactions. They accept all forms of Credit Cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you have a PayPal account, you can also pay with e-checks and money orders.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER- Placing an order is simple:
1. Click on the product/s you would like to purchase and the size/s.
2. Click the “ADD TO CART” button.
3. Our site will transfer you directly to PayPal's secure shopping cart. Continue through the cart by entering your shipping information and choosing your payment method.
NOTE* When entering your credit card information, please use your EXACT NAME and EXACT BILLING ADDRESS on your credit card. We cannot process your order if these are different.
MAIL ORDERS- Send checks, money orders with your name, address, style, design, & size to our address below. Or click here to download our order form . Print the form and send to us.
PROBLEMS ORDERING- If you are experiencing any problems with your order, specifically credit card options, please check to be sure you are using the EXACT NAME and ADDRESS ON YOUR CARD. CATALOGS- Currently we do not offer a catalog and only sell on our secure online store or by mail via money order (U.S. Only). If you would like to purchase with a check or money order via mail, please make orders payable to: DEAD ISSUES

SHIPPING: SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES- We ship using the United States Postal Service Priority Mail (2-5 business days). We keep a small stock and some orders are printed to order.
Normal shipping prices are $4.95 for the first shirt no matter your location in the U.S., and $3.00 for each additional shirt. If your order totals $50 or more shipping is FREE! Prices are in U.S. dollars.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All International Orders are $6.95 for the first shirt USPS Air Mail and $7.95 for the second. Buy 3 shirts and shipping is FREE!

PRODUCT INFORMATION: SHRINKAGE- All our shirts are made of 100% cotton. Typical shrinkiage is 1/2 to 1 size. Washing in cold water is recommended for minimal shrinkage.
SIZES, STYLES, AND SPECS- Our shirts are made from the highest quality cotton on the market and are screen printed to ensure minimal damage and a quality look and feel. Our standard Men's T-shirt is a 6.1 ounce Anvil Heavyweight 100% cotton and our wome's shirts are Bella 100% cotton. Our sublimated T Shirts are Anvil Dri Release™ and Ringers are Vapor Apparel. We do not use iron ons!
All shirt Widths are measured from under the arms (chest) while laid flat. All Lengths measured from bottom of shirt to neck (front). If you’re unsure what size to buy, try measuring a similar shirt that you already own, that fits well, and compare those measurements to the size chart.

RETURNS:
OUR RETURN POLICY- Here at DEAD ISSUES CLOTHING, we guarantee your satisfaction. We are happy to give you a refund provided the shirt/s are unworn and unwashed. If you do wish to make a return, we also require it to be made within 30 days of the purchase. Upon receipt of the return, we will return your payment in full (minus shipping/handling).

We can not process your return without your invoice #. If you do not know your invoice # please contact us. We will need to know your name and address in order to look up your order. If you do not have your return form, please put your invoice number on a note in the box/package along with your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the reason for the return.
